What Diet? - Lunch Box Diet
The Lunch Box Diet is a small downloadable document (10 pages) from UK personal trainer Simon Lovell. It's a simple concept: Get yourself a large plastic lunchbox, fill it with a highly nutritious mix of vegetables, proteins, and fats. Slowly graze on the lunch box contents all through the day (i.e. in between breakfast and dinner). The idea here is to snack on some food every hour or so (never gorge). The mix in the lunchbox should be something like 60%.
