Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice and skimmed milk. You can eat grilled or baked chicken instead of meat (absolutely no skin on chicken) The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry, with the premise that the more you eat the more you lose. The diet plan can be continued for as long as desired.
