Developed by fitness ‘expert’ Jim Karas the Cardio-Free Diet is a weight loss plan based upon the idea that diet and resistance training will allow you to lose only fat and not muscle which increases the metabolism. He claims that cardiovascular exercise and activity burns muscle along with the fat causing the metabolism to slow down making it increasingly difficult to lose stubborn weight.
